Refunds & Returns Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through our website are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products or services unless required by applicable law.

2. Digital / Online Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of online products are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Drum kits

• Beat packs

• Presets

• Audio files

• Downloadable content

Once a product has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

3. Studio Sessions & Bookings

All studio session bookings are non-refundable. This includes:

• Recording sessions

• Mixing or mastering sessions

• Any studio time bookings

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you must provide at least 48 hour notice to be eligible for a reschedule. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the session being forfeited.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from us, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the issue. Any fraudulent disputes may result in denial of future service.

5. Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may only be considered in the following cases:

• You did not receive your product due to a technical error

• The file provided is corrupted and cannot be accessed

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with proof of the issue.
